IT'S BACK!! Join us for sand training geared for both indoor and outdoor athletes as a way to learn sand VB and keep in shape during the summer and improve agility, jumping and court awareness!

Please print and bring the Liability Waiver with you to the first training session! Find the Liability Waiver on the website under the "Forms" Tab. ALL participants must have a signed Liability Waiver on file in order to participate in our training.
Participants must also be members of USAV. The cost of the USAV membership is not included in the dues.
There are no refunds once registered.
